International Women’s Day

On International Women’s Day 8th March 2022, The Legal Innovation Lab Wales spotlighted some of the women who work within the Lab. 

Speaking about their experiences, with some hope that it could be of use to other women looking to get into the LegalTech space, Dr Sara Correia, Annie Benzie, and Rey Sheer Hardwick spent an hour in conversation with Dr Lella Nouri and Freya Michaud. 

They talked about their histories, aspirations, and the advice that they had for other women who face similar questions and challenges to the ones they faced across their careers. 

The aim of the event was to raise awareness of women in the LegalTech space and to encourage others to focus their careers in this area. 

Reception was very positive and we will look to hold similar events in future.
